Flatroof PV - Mounting system / Elevation

PV installation on a flat roof is usually implemented using an elevation. DICONAL® offers three different systems for flat roofs - with and without ballast or roof penetration. The elevation systems are suitable for flat roofs with foil, bitumen or asphalt roofs. Pre-assembled profile caps and an anti-slip coating prevent damage to the roof membrane. Flexibility is a top priority for our PV mounting solutions. Therefore, when developing our products, we ensure that the various mounting situations can be realized with the smallest possible number of basic products. For this reason, all mounting solutions use the same module clamps and mounting profiles.

Low-ballast east-west (NEW!)

DICONAL® FD-OW PV mounting system for east-west orientation of solar modules. This low-ballast, wind-optimized, torsion-resistant, and roof-penetration-free system offers elevations with a 12.5° inclination. P-40 profiles are connected to pre-assembled frames to form a rack that offers high stability against bending and torsional forces.

Low-ballast south

DICONAL® FD-S PV mounting system is a south-facing elevation system. FD-S is wind-optimized, requires no roof penetration, and requires little ballast. The pre-assembled frames are connected with P-40 profiles to form a torsion-resistant structure.

Elevation

The DICONAL® AS-1100 flat roof elevation system is compatible with all roof fasteners, mounting profiles, and module clamps for flat roofs. It offers elevations with a pitch of 5°–30°. The support profiles can be inserted directly into any position in the P11 profile, allowing flexible adaptation to the module dimensions. All system profiles can be used as base profiles.
