PV-Installation on flat roof with foil covering or bitumen/asphalt roof
FD-S low-ballast mounting
The south-facing FD-S elevation system offers a simple way to install photovoltaic systems on flat roofs with foil or bitumen roofing. It requires little ballast and is wind-optimized.
FD-OW low-ballast mounting
PV systems with an east-west orientation can be implemented with DICONAL® FD-OW elevation. Low ballast and wind-optimized.
Low-ballast mounting

The wind-optimized design of the FD-S and FD-OW flat roof mounting systems helps minimize the additional ballast required. The ballast holders can be easily fixed in the planned location in the threaded channel of the floor rail.
Torsionally rigid

The two flat roof systems, FD-S and FD-OW, are stabilized against torsion by cross-connecting them with P-40 profiles. This facilitates alignment on the flat roof and simplifies positioning on uneven surfaces. The stability of the grid structure prevents the system from lifting at certain points.
No plasticizer migration

To protect the roof membranes from mechanical damage, we supply our flat roof systems with pre-installed anti-slip coating and profile end caps. This special anti-slip coating does not absorb any plasticizers from the membrane.
AS-1100 Elevation for all roof coverings
The DICONAL® AS-1100 elevation system offers maximum flexibility for mounting in the roof substructure. The system is compatible with all mounting profiles and can be used with all roof fastening systems.
